Frequently Asked Questions

1. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING POLICY?

I understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to reschedule, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required. Booking fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date when sufficient notice is given.

2. Do you help with planning my session?

Absolutely! I’ll guide you with outfit choices, colors, suitable locations, styling and preparation so everything comes together beautifully. Costumes, backdrops and props can also be arranged on request for selected themed sessions.

3. HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?

Your professionally edited, high-resolution digital images will be delivered through a private online gallery, where you can conveniently view, download and share them. Physical prints are also available upon request for an additional fee. Unedited or RAW files are not included.

4. DO YOU TRAVEL FOR PHOTOGRAPHY SESSIONS?

Yes, travel may be available for sessions outside my usual service area. Depending on the location, an additional travel fee may apply. Please provide your preferred location when making your enquiry.

5. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY FINAL PHOTOS?

Your professionally edited images will be delivered within 2 weeks of your session. I take care to ensure every image is edited to a high professional standard, and I'll let you know once your final gallery is ready.

6. ARE COSTUMES AND PROPS PROVIDED?

Costumes, backdrops and props can be arranged upon request for selected themed sessions. Please share your preferred theme when booking. Advance notice is required to carefully source items that complement the overall setup and create a beautifully coordinated, high-quality result.

7. DO YOU PROVIDE UNEDITED OR RAW IMAGES?

Unfortunately, unedited and RAW files are not provided, as they do not represent the finished quality and style of C Lens Photography. Your final gallery will include carefully selected and professionally edited images

8. WHAT IF I’M NOT COMFORTABLE IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA?

You don’t need any modelling experience to enjoy your session. I’ll gently guide you with posing, and movement to help you feel relaxed and confident. We can play your favorite music, and you’re welcome to let me know in advance if you have any preferences that would help set the mood and make the experience more comfortable. My goal is to create an enjoyable session while capturing beautiful images that feel genuinely like you.
